Biography

Vicki Case is an Assistant Professor in the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program at Adventist University of Health Sciences. She graduated from the University of Florida in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy and has 28 years of experience as an occupational therapist. Vicki has her master’s degree in education for healthcare educators from St. Josephs College in Maine. She has been at the college since 1999. Vicki’s specialty areas are older adults and mental health. Vicki is an Authorized Allen Cognitive Instructor and has presented at numerous national and local conferences on the topics of cognitive assessment and treatment. She has recently contributed a chapter on the topic of documentation for the Foundations of Theory & Practice for the Occupational Therapy Assistant book.
