Biography

Dr. Rowe has been an adjunct faculty member with AHU since 1997 and fulltime faculty member since January 2018. Her degrees include a BSN-Florida State University, MSN-University of Phoenix (Education, and Leadership) and PhD for University of Arizona (Biological Injury). Her research interests include issues in complications of transplantation, and multiple other topics surrounding the practice of nursing. Dr. Rowe has over 30 years of clinical experience including cardiovascular progressive care, multisystem intensive care unit and liver, pancreas, and kidney transplantation. 12 years as a unit/system educator for Neurointensive care and Multisystem ICU and 5 years in support in the nursing Research department. Dr. Rowe continues to support nursing practice through collaborative activities with various hospital campuses and serves as the chair of the Scientific review committee to review the collaborative efforts of university faculty.
