Dr. Jimenez graduated with a B.A. degree in chemistry from Southern Missionary College in 1978. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Florida in Tampa. He did a rotating internship at Greenville Hospital System in South Carolina then practiced in the Emergency Department for two years. He returned to GHS in 1983 and completed an Obstetrics and Gynecology residency. He practiced clinical medicine for over 20 years retiring in 2006. For the next 9 years he was involved in service and missions working with the Hope Chest, Global Missions Initiative and the Hope Community Center. In November of 2015 he joined the ADU family as Clinical Director of the Physician Assistant Program.
