Population - Focused Health Promotion
This course focuses on providing students with a knowledge of population-based healthcare interventions to effect changes in health promotion and disease prevention, disaster preparedness, and interventions across the continuum of care in a multicultural society. The course includes three credit hours of theory and clinical projects (45 clock-hours). This course meets the requirement for a written communication course (see Communication Requirements in the Academic Section of the Academic Bulletin).
All prerequisites must be completed with a minimum grade of C (2.00). DNRS 326 will suffice prerequisite.
