Our connection with Florida Hospital and Adventist Health Systems ensures that a wide variety of clinical rotation sites are provided for our students. These experiences are designed to promote clinical reasoning, demonstrate values and beliefs that guide ethical practice, and develop professionalism and competence. Once you've been accepted into a program, you can learn more about our clinical opportunites from the program's clinical coordinator.
Work While You Study
We're always in need of student workers to help out around campus. We'll work around your schedule in various departments. A complete list of available student worker positions is available at the Florida Hospital Careers Site.
Volunteering and Service Learning
All students working towards an undergraduate degree must complete the service-learning graduation requirement. Service-learning engages our students in service activities with intentional academic learning goals and opportunities for reflection that connects to their academic disciplines.
Our Student Services department maintains a database of community service opportunities. Students can sign up to serve at specific events, or stop in any day of the week to find an organization that needs their talents.
We're always looking for others who share our vision for healthcare, and those who wish to further share that vision with our students. Learn more about what it's like to work for ADU and Florida Hospital.
