Community Health Transitional Care (CHTC)

Adventist University of Health Sciences (ADU) and Florida Hospital have partnered to develop the Community Health Transitional Care (CHTC) Internship.

CHTC is a partnership program with Florida Hospital offering ADU students the opportunity to work in instrumental care helping to improve patients’ quality of life and safety upon returning home and into the community.

“This partnership provides our students with a unique opportunity to gain meaningful real-world experience to supplement their academic courses while working alongside Florida Hospital employees. Students will learn from some of the best in the field on how to care for individuals on all levels,” explains ADU President, David Greenlaw.

With ADU and Florida Hospital teaming up on this unparalleled internship, our students will learn the skills and tools needed for a successful career in health care.
